Dancing in the Air |
Here we have a pair of Great White Egrets doing a dance in the air. They emerged suddenly from the tree on the bottom left, flying backwards with the wings, exchanging glances and sounds, seemingly "conversing" in the air and doing a dance. One of nature's finest moments.
What do I like about this photo? The eye contact between the two Egrets, and the dynamic pose they're in. They are such elegant birds, and this photo shows this elegance beautifully. I used a fast shutter speed (1/2500 of a second) to freeze the action, so the Egrets are very sharp.
What would I want to improve? Not much, honestly. Perhaps being a bit closer might have allowed showing more details on the beautiful Egrets.
