| Another Euroasian Jay Portrait |
This portrait has a cut tree stem for the Jay to stand out, so is an improvement from yesterdays photo in this regard. On the other hand, the background is noisier and more colorful (and less blurred), so attracts more attention.
What do I like about this photo? It's a beautiful portrait pose by the Jay, and the background is blurred out enough for the Jay to really stand out. The light spots in the background are also very nice. The amount of details is good.
What would I want to improve? The background is a bit too colorful, stealing some attention. I would have liked to blur it out more (but my lens cannot open the aperture more for that).
