| Owl with Catch |
During a night drive in Kruger National Park I suddenly noticed a large shadow on a nearby tree. Turns out it was this beautiful Owl, complete with the bird it hunted down a few minutes earlier! What a pleasant surprise!
What do I like about this photo? The beautiful subject, in a dynamic pose. The eye contact also greatly enhances the photo. This photo gives a good night feeling, with things barely visible.
What would I want to improve? More details would have been nice - I was pushing my came with respect to what it can do in low light in this photo...
