Red in the Face

This little beauty was observing us from a nearby branch in one of the camps in Kruger National Park, South Africa. The beauty of a safari adventure is that you always have to keep your eyes open, as animals are all around! The red face on this bird really makes it stand out.

What do I like about this photo? The beautiful bird with the striking colors. The glimmer in the eye.

What would I want to improve? The background is too noise, and grabs too much attention.
