Observing the European Bee-Eaters, which are in Israel this time of year to nest, is such a treat! For once, they're just gorgeous - with the amazing color scheme and quickness in the air. Their social life is also fascinating. Here we have a couple - one waiting on a branch and the other coming to say hello - they became a happy couple a little time after that.
